Shipping Information

DELIVERY UPDATE: Australia Post are experiencing delays due to the current COVID-19 conditions in Australia and increased shipping volumes. Please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive to you. For Australian orders, if you require a delivery by a specific date we would recommend opting for express post but it will still not be a guarantee that it will arrive quickly.

International orders to the USA are significantly delayed at present February. We are hoping this might ease as International travel resumes over coming weeks.

Free Shipping Deals

Any free shipping deals are always Standard shipping unless stated otherwise. The free shipping deals also only apply to items over the value of $50 AUD. Free shipping deals only apply to orders made within Australia


Express Shipping is not really what you would expect in the City. We pack and send our orders at the end of each day around 3.30pm. Any orders received after then won't be dealt with until following day! 

If you require urgent delivery please message us straight after the order or before order and we'll see what we can do to make the process faster for you! We really only want you to get the best experience and hope you understand our challenges with location xxxx 

COVID and International Postage

There are periods of long delays with International Shipping. This is an evolving process but in general you could expect to wait many weeks for items to be delivered. It is very unpredictable due to Covid unfortunately. We are unable to predict how long your orders will take. The positive is that they do make it there and we haven't had any take longer than 2 months. Please scroll down further for more information on International Postage.

Items missing in the Post.

If your item goes missing in the post or is taking a long time to be delivered please contact us and we can lodge a case with Australia Post. Please note this process can take a while to complete depending on Australia Posts timelines and processes. No resolution will be made until Australia Post has finished their investigation.

If your item goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post to raise a case with them to determine if they are at fault. Tonketti will not be held responsible for any items that go missing after delivery. This investigation process can take a number of days. Please notify us that you have raised a case with Australia Post so we are aware. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a safe place for the delivery of your items and we cannot be expected to reimburse for theft at the place of delivery. 


*NOTE: INTERNATIONAL Countries you are responsible for any VAT, Customs costs, taxes and duties that your country may add to your purchase at your border. These costs can be considerable, please do some research if you do not understand what your countries fees are!

NOTE : We do not take responsibility for any items that get lost in the Mail but will happily help you with tracking it down.



NOTE: If you would like Express Shipping when you spend over $100 AUD there should be an option for you to choose Express although this will be at your cost.

Shipping Costs for all other items will depend on the size and weight of the item. This will be calculated in the checkout page. 

Larger items maybe shipped by a courier. These can take longer than Australia Post. Please contact us before ordering if you need it urgently.

The final postage cost for your order can be viewed during checkout and may change depending on additional items that you have added to your cart.

Delivery time

We are located in a lovely small Hippy Rainforest Village in Kuranda in Far North Queensland. Due to this the posty man might have had a big night and can't send our treasures away as quickly as we would like. We'll endeavour to wake him up as soon as we receive your order, this might require lots of drumming, dancing and sometimes he likes a smoke! 

 There is a big celebration when he sends the items off to you so don't stress the package will come to you with lots of peace love and hippy vibes! 

We understand that some of you are really excited and want your item yesterday but that isn't always possible as yesterday has already gone and we didn't know to send it then! 

If you have not received your items within 8 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and leaves our hippy community you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

New Zealand

Only $15 AUD Shipping if you spend over $150 AUD - This is with Standard Air which can take up to 14 days but usually is very quick!

Up to 500 g - $12.00

500g - 2kg - $20.00 

Delivery time

All New Zealand orders are sent via the Economy Air Postal service and should be received within 5-10 days* 

Shipping some bulky and heavy items may have to be calculated seperately! They may incur extra shipping charges! 

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and leaves our village you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

NOTE: You are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes and other fees that your country may charge you. 

Only $35 AUD Shipping if you spend over $200 AUD - Usually $49 AUD

Up to 500g - $20 

501 - 1 kg - $35

1kg - 1.5 kg - $55 

Items over 1kg incur much larger charges.

This is with Standard Air which can take up to 14 days but usually is very quick! I've had situations where customers in the states receive items quicker than Australia !
