Returns and Exchanges Policy
Please read the following conditions regarding returns and exchanges:
- Final Clearance Sale Items: Items in our SALE and our $39 RACK collections are final clearance items and cannot be returned for refund or store credit due to a change of mind.
- Promotional Sales - items purchased during our promotional sales are eligible to be returned for store credit only, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Please use the portal above to process your returns. It is a new portal and there maybe some issues if you can please message us if you have any problems with it
- Contact Information: For returns and exchanges, please contact us at email@example.com if the portal above is not working. Please avoid contacting us through social media platforms or text messages.
- Our office hours are 9 am to 2 pm Brisbane time, Monday to Thursday.
- Our store contact phone number is 0481 360 946. The store is open from 10am to 3pm Brisbane time 7 days a week. Please do not contact the store phone regarding returns and exchanges, you will need to email or use the portal for the return to be handled correctly and effectively.
- Return Conditions:
- All returns must be sent within 30 days of order.
- Items must have all tags attached and be unworn.
- Swimwear and personal body products cannot be returned.
- Please review the measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing sale items.

- Returns for Refund Store Credit
- Free Returns for Store Credit (Australia Only):
- We offer free standard return shipping for FULL PRICED items being returned for store credit.
- If you received free shipping at time of purchase we cannot offer a free returns label.
- You will need access to a printer to use the label. This offer is valid only for items returned for store credit . Only one free return is offered per order.
- Returns to Payment method:
- We only offer refunds to payment method on items that are full price only. Items that are purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit - see above.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds for change of mind.
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Postage costs for refund returns will be the customer's responsibility. If you would like us to generate a returns label for you the cost will be $13 which will come off your refund total, please advise if you would like to choose that option - printer is needed.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags attached.
- Refunds to payment method will incur a 7% refund processing fee to cover non-refundable bank fees and charges.
- Refunds will be credited only to the original form of payment.
- Returns for Exchange:
- We offer exchanges for variants of the same product only. If you would like to exchange for another item you will need to use return for store credit. You will be responsible for postage to return the item and we will cover the postage to send the exchanged item to you.
- Other Important information:
- Discounts and Promotional Gifts:
- Promotional codes and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- If you return an item purchased during a promotion, the discounted amount will not be refunded, even for store credit.
- If your promotional gift or discount was a specific amount, returning one item from a group of items will result in a refund based on a percentage of the total sale.
- VIP Customers: VIP customers, defined as those who make three or more purchases from our website, will receive more sale and promotional deals. If you do not wish to receive regular emails, you can opt out at the bottom of our emails.
- Faulty and/or Missing Items: For damaged or missing items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will address these issues with high priority. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced.

- Please ensure the item is tracked and sent back via Air Freight. We do not offer free returns for international orders.
- Exchanges of a variant of the same product will incur a restocking fee.
- Customs Charges: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by their country. If an item is returned to us due to non-payment of these fees, we will deduct the shipping fees and issue the remaining amount as store credit.
- Processing Time: We process all returns within two working days of receiving your items. If you need your item urgently, please contact us to inform us.
