How to Return
- Please contact us at email@example.com if you need to return an item.
- Read the following returns policy before doing this.
- We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.
- Please return the item to the following address.

Tonketti is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. Items can be returned within 30 days of arrival for an Exchange or Store Credit. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.When we receive the item they will undergo a quality review ! You will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or store credit on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Exchanged will be resent at your cost.

- When we receive the item they will undergo a quality review. You will either receive your new item for exchanges, or refund on the cost of purchase prices excluding original shipping cost ! We can't guarantee that we will have the same item available so you will be given store credit !
- Exchanged will be resent at your cost.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, undergarments cannot be returned.
- • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact
- If you would like to make an exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested exchange item and we can organise a transfer.
- Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.
- Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a Store Credit to use at your leisure.
- We process all returns within 2 days of receiving your items!
- We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
- Please email email@example.com if you believe your garment has a fault. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
