Refuge have a new manufacturer, whilst the jeans are very very similar they aren't totally the same as the last lot. Not quite as stretchy ( only very slight ) sizing is a bit small so may need to size up if you are borderline. The feature colour isn't burnt orange it is more a chocolate brown now.
The legs are slightly shorter than the old ones as well, only 1-2cm
In saying this they still look great and to someone who hasn't bought them before you wouldn't know the difference. They look amazing on and the new batch are selling really well instore with ladies trying them on! We like to be honest in our descriptions where possible to make your buying experience a good one !

Rayon - Rayon is a beautiful light cool fabric perfect for wearing on hot days in the tropics. It will last for years provided you take care of it.
Many people mistake Rayon for very high quality poplin or cotton fabrics. The softness and durability of Rayon is why many designers are choosing to use this fabric. It also prints very well and has a lovely drape which favours long flowing styles!
Depending on the weight of the fabric, a cold delicate wash with line dry is recommended.
Some of the Rayon fabrics are very fine and light, they are best handwashed.
Crinkle Rayon is a rayon that will shrink even in a cold wash. It will go back to size with warmth either by wearing or a warm iron!

All tags still attached and unworn. We don't accept returns for swimwear or personal body products.

Tonketti will offer free standard return shipping if you are returning any FULL PRICED items for a store credit.
Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Free Returns Label. You will need to have access to a printer to use it. This is only for items returned for STORE CREDIT. If you are requesting a refund then the return shipping cost is your responsibility. It is not available on any items purchased on sale or during any promotions. Returns for Exchange
We no longer hold items for exchange. This is due to customers asking us to hold things and then never picking them up. It is a big problem, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you see we have another item you would like to exchange your item with, then place your order on our website and we will refund you the amount for your original item when it is received by us!
VIP Customers are considered anyone who makes 2 or more purchases from our website
VIP customers will receive more Sale and promotional deals than people who just sign up as normal. If you do not want to receive the regular emails you can opt out at the bottom of the emails when you receive one.
Damaged in Post Items
Albeit very rare, if an item is damaged whilst in transit we do not accept responsibility. We take great care when packaging your items to avoid this happening! You can take up the issue with Australia Post, we will provide you with the information you will require.
We source some of our photography from the different suppliers. It is very difficult to portray the true colour of an item. Your phone, Ipad or computer screen could also make product colours appear differently to what they appear in real life! In this situation we cannot be held responsible for any perceived issues relating to this.
Please check through all the photos on the listing to gauge any variances and message us if you have any concerns. Sometimes we include separate photos if we think the original pictures aren’t taken in a true light!
Returns – If you would like to return an item for store credit then send to Tonketti Trading 197 Boyles Road Kuranda QLD 4881. The item will need to be tracked and send back via Air freight. If you are returning for Refund we will not refund the item until we have received it and all shipping charges are removed. Please NOTE we do not offer Free Returns on International orders.

International Shipping can be costly. To help reduce the burden we have subsidised shipping rate if you spend over a certain amount. This could lead to a saving of up to $20 Australian $$ depending on your purchase amount.
CUSTOMS CHARGES – The Customer is responsible for any Customs duties and taxes that may be incurred on items shipped to their country. Please check with your countries Tax office for more information. NOTE: In some countries these fees can add up to be quite a lot so please check. If the item is returned to SENDER due to non payment of these fees we will not refund the amount. Instead we will remove the shipping fees incurred and whats left over will be added as Store Credit.
We process all returns within 2 working days of receiving your items! If you require your item urgently then please contact us to advise us.
Please email email@example.com if you believe your garment has a fault. We will treat this with the highest of priority. We check over all our items before posting to you so it will be very rare that you will receive a fault. If your item has a fault we will replace it with the same item or will repair it for you if practical and return to you. If we no longer have the item in stock you will receive a refund! If you decide that you no longer want that style then it will be considered a change of mind purchase!
